What do we do?

Plastering, tiling, painting and decoration services and handyman services on residential and commercial properties.

How does it work?

You contact us with your job spec, we will ask a few questions about the work and advise on best possible solutions. If a smaller job we can also give an initial estimate before arranging a site visit. If a larger project or something more complex, we would always arrange a visit with the customer to discuss and review the work.

How much does it cost?

Being a business that offers a range of services, it is not always possible to fix a price without a site visit. However, we do offer a free no obligation quotation service. This is arranged at a time suitable for the customer so that we can come and review the works to put together a more detailed quote/estimate.

Do you do smaller jobs?

With Homeworks, although we take on larger residential and commercial projects we do also love the smaller stuff. Whether you just need a wall painting or a plaster patch repair we are still happy to quote. With this type of work we do offer an hourly or daily rate depending on the project.

Availability

We work on a first come first served basis however on the initial visit we will seek to understand the customer’s time frame and aim to meet this as far as possible.

Transparency

We will always be as transparent with our customers as possible. Whether this be advice on different colour paints, finding tile samples or progress of the project. Keeping our customer constantly informed is what we pride ourselves on.

Materials

We would prefer to supply our own materials as this enables us to guarantee our work whilst also being more familiar with the materials being used. However, on smaller projects such as tiling a kitchen backsplash or painting a small room we can take a more flexible approach if the customer prefers to supply their own tiles or paint.

We try to keep the working area as clean and tidy as the particular job allows, but at the conclusion of each project, we dedicate time to make sure areas are ready for use.
